First things first: do you actually need an intimate wash?
It's a fair question, and we'd rather answer it honestly than oversell.
The vagina is self-cleaning. There's no need to use anything inside the body — that part looks after itself. But the external skin is delicate, and the regular soaps and body washes most of us keep in the shower tend to be more alkaline and heavily fragranced than that skin really appreciates.
A wash made specifically for the area gives you a gentler, pH-friendly alternative to reaching for ordinary soap — plus a clean, fresh feeling you can build into your daily routine. Think of it as choosing the right tool for delicate skin, rather than a medical must-have. That's the role our Herbal Intimate Wash range is designed to play: a simple, considered cleanse for external intimate skin.
A familiar favourite, with a new name
If our Everyday Balance wash feels familiar, that's because it is. It's the very same formulation as our best-selling Kolorex Vaginal Care Daily Wash (250ml) — nothing about what's inside has changed. We've simply renamed it and given it a fresh look.
Why the change? Two reasons:
- "Intimate" is the more accurate word. These washes are made for the external intimate skin, not for internal use. "Herbal Intimate Wash" describes exactly what the product is for, and we wanted the name to reflect that honestly.
- It's the language our customers prefer. When we listened to our community, many people told us the word "vaginal" felt uncomfortable. "Intimate" is warmer, clearer, and easier to reach for on the shelf.
We also took the opportunity to give you a little more in every bottle — Everyday Balance now comes in a generous 300ml size (up from 250ml). Same trusted formula, more of it.
Everyday Balance — your classic daily wash
Everyday Balance is the all-rounder: a fresh, gentle daily cleanse for anyone wanting a reliable intimate wash they can use every day.

Sensitive Care is our softer option, formulated for those who prefer extra gentleness or have skin on the more reactive side. It swaps tea tree for a calming botanical blend built around a brand-new ingredient for our washes: gotu kola.
Inside you'll find:

- Gotu Kola — a soothing botanical with a long, well-loved history in skincare
- Rosemary — a fresh, herbal note
